Service Description
Please note, all timings are estimates to allow us to adjust the treatment to you. The facial may not take the full allotted time if it is not necessary for your goals This is perfect for those who aren’t sure what their skin needs, it allows us to do an in-depth consult before we decide what’s the best course of action. We will go through home care, treatments and products, it’s the complete session!
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel over 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once. Your deposit is transferrable for up to 3 months, after this time it will be lost. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost and you may be charged the remaining balance. This invoice will be sent to your email and must be paid before any future treatments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your treatment, it will be automatically cancelled and the cancellation fee can be charged. By booking in, you are agreeing to MWB's booking policy, failure to comply with this will mean you lose your deposit.
